Professor mr drs Romeo Kadir MA LLM MSc EMBA EMoC

Romeo started his studies on international human rights law (privacy) 30 years ago at Leiden University (Netherlands). Fascinated by international legal concepts such as 'privacy' , ' personal life' and 'right to be left alone' at the one hand and on the other hand legal obligations of companies and other (governmental) entities to comply with these concepts he took on additional studies in (amongst others) company law and business administration. Next to this he studied abroad at (amongst others) Hong Kong Business University, New York University (NYU), Gordon Business School (Johannesburg) and INSEAD (Fountainebleau, France). Presently he is a guest lecturer in executive education with the University of Utrecht where he (as a PH.D candidate) is involved with GDPR liability of Data Protection Officers (DPO's) in relationship with Data Protection Authorities (DPA's).

Previous Positions

Romeo has an outstanding career in many positions in the field of privacy and data protection in larger, medium-sized companies and small companies (both corporate and semi-governmental). He started his professional career as a lawyer in the field of international contract law followed by many other positions such as Head Compliance & Privacy at the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM), Integrity Officer at the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and Senior Privacy Expert at Philips International (High Tech Campus).

Jhr mr Victor W. Alting van Geusau LLM MBA

Jhr Mr Victor W. Alting van Geusau, Esq. MA LLM is an experienced lawyer and auditor, and is specialized in information law and privacy law. Victor holds degrees from the law schools the University of Utrecht and the University of Amsterdam. He has consulted for many organizations and helped them to streamline their business processes. He has worked both as a subject matter expert and in various management positions. He has published on diverse topics, such as project risk analysis methods, EDP auditing, system evaluation (operational quality, user satisfaction, system design and configuration), business process redesign and the implementation of the GDPR in organizations. In his areas of expertise, Victor advises organizations in identifying and managing contract risks and regulatory requirements and in implementing and certification of privacy protection compliance rules. His approach is aimed at stimulating cooperation and self-management of an organization.

Corinne Sinjorgo

Corinne has a rich back ground as an experienced Administrative Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in Dutch, English, Interim Management, Marketing, and Social Media. She is qualified as a strong administrative professional who graduated from Schoevers College.
